<TR><TD><P style="line-height: 200%"><SPAN style="font-size: 10.5pt">校内网的CEO王兴是我在华清嘉园的创业邻居，当时我做我赛网，他做xiaonei.com。一直看着校内网一天天长大，直到1年成为校园SNS的第一品牌，最后被MOP以每个活跃用户20美金的价格收购。 <br><br>说起来，在收购前，我还错失了购买1％股份的机会，否则也可以小小的收入一笔现金过年。 <br><br>校内网初看起来，和facebook.com几乎一模一样，但应了那句话，外行看热闹，内行看门道。我也不知道自己是否真的看出了门道，瞎说一二吧。 <br><br>1、校内网初期，王兴的女友（或者叫老婆，他们好多年了），亲自带着几个学生一个个的审核注册用户的真实性，真实的就给加个星并特别对待。这个看起来很笨的方法，奠定了校内网用户真实化的基础特征，这对校内网的活跃度高是极有帮助的。 <br><br>2、校内网内有个特殊的地方，就是填写年级、专业、宿舍及课程，这个看起来有些繁琐的填写内容，对用户的真实性再次做了保证，因为通过这些信息，谁要想瞎编一个学生信息，太容易被识破了。 <br><br>其他先不多讲，仅仅就这亮点，足以看到王兴这个团队的运营之道。 <br><br>为什么校园SNS被大家看好，有2点是非常关键的： <br><br>1、大学生是互联网活跃用户绝对的主力军。捕捉到这个人群和他们的未来，几乎捕捉到了中国互联网的核心高价值用户。 <br><br>2、大学校园市场可以按班、按年级、按专业、按宿舍。。。进行细分，更关键的是，每天都圈在校园里，一个小的消息能在1天传遍整个学校。这样的市场聚合性极高，很有传播价值。 <br><br>对比说说msnnext: <br><br>1、msnnext是基于msn的增值服务，而加入next希望发展人脉参与互助的用户更是msn中的活跃用户，所以msnnext从第一天开始，就不需要审核身份的真实性，都是一个个活生生的工作人群。 <br><br>2、msnnext采用二度，也就是“好友的好友”的模式，从提供的“找工作、找对象、找房子、找合作”来看，如果一个好友的朋友做了互动，鉴别这个人的方法也尤其的简单，进入资料点击“共同的好友”，然后问问这些共同的好友，对这个人的评价就非常的清楚了。虽然没有像校内网那样的物理“校验”环境，但通过众多共同的好友对相对陌生的“二度好友”进行校验，也够精确了。 <br><br>为什么要选msn做IM+SNS的模式，也有2个原因： <br><br>1、msn用户是典型的白领用户，是毕业后的最精华的用户群体。 <br><br>2、msn是每天都用的IM，人沟通的越频繁，紧密度越高，这也可以和大学校园的紧密度相媲美。 <br><br>3、msn用户比学生们可有钱多了，也有足够的资源参与互助：），能合作出点大事，创造出点价值。 </SPAN></TD></TR>
